Climbing On-Wall Movement Assessment

This is a physiotherapy assessment On The Wall!

This hour is dedicated to watching you move both off but mostly on the wall, analyzing your movement patterns with a keen eye and with video analysis, and offering education on optimizing movement patterns and injury prevention strategies, drills to add into your warm up and to take with you on your next project, and off the wall exercises to support any muscle/movement imbalances.

This is a great way to help prevent injury on the wall, to help support you in a safe return to climbing should you be recovering from an injury, or to prevent recurrence of an old nagging climbing injury.
