I first came to yoga in 2010 to stretch tight muscles but over the next few years it became more and more important to me as a source of stress relief and self care. I consider yoga an incredible tool for self care and self reflection – I don’t know what I would do without it in my life! My interest in yoga developed from a passion for assisting others. I feel strongly about sharing this transformative practice with others so they can benefit from it’s healing potential.
My goal is to make this practice accessible and safe for everyone who needs it!
Students in my class can expect a alignment based approach to prevent injury and lots of focus on slowing down and reconnecting to body and breath. You can also expect some lightness and fun, because life is too short to take yourself too seriously!
